Amasan Japanese Diving Girl Long Sleeve T-Shirt - NAMA - TEASE : OSAKA JAPAN

Amasan Japanese Diving Girl Long Sleeve T-Shirt

Summer is always approaching somewhere and we have decided to use one of our resident designer's images of a Japanese Diving Girl. This particular image of an Amasan comes from one of Kim Dunstan's copper plate etchings. The Amasan are centuries old diving girls who traditional dove for abalone, seaweed and more recently pearls. These sea nymphs are perhaps the closest thing we've ever had to living mermaids.

All images are designed in Osaka, Japan. Photographs for the images were taken locally in the Kansai Region of Japan. All models are 20+ years of age.

This long-sleeved t-shirt is made of the ultra-smooth American Apparel cotton, and adds the sensibility of long sleeves. The sleeves are cuffed at the hand, to make for a tapered look. The t-shirt is made out of 100% cotton, except for the heather grey color (90% cotton, 10% polyester).

• Long sleeves
• Cuffed hands
• Durable ribbed neckband
• Double stitched
• Made in the USA, sweatshop-free
